1...2...3...LAS VEGAS!

After getting in a temperamental ford focus, chatting to an 80year old about "the fun" we're going to have, house alarms going off, almost recruiting more members for the wolf pack in Safeway, we hit the road at 9:30pm. sun down, highway lights ahead. music pumping, laughs, and some claim some snoring (later this statement was retracted) we were driving 9 hours to Las Vegas Nevada. Five girls (the 6th girl flying in the next day) in Vegas for the 4th of July weekend. 


What happens in vegas stays in vegas, so im not going to list all the stuff we got up to. Just gonna say no one actually got married, or lost teeth, and we never did find the tiger. But there will be a Vegas trip 2. stay posted!

We stayed at their house in Durham, North Carolina. Beautiful big Southern house, complete with outside fire pit, labradoodle, and sheeted patio's.

slacking...

okay i need to prioritize this blog a little higher on my to do list. my bad.
so what has happened... i wrote exams, passed the exams, lost my blackberry, bought an iphone, found my blackberry. started running at the reservoir, started uni work for the new semester. went on a family trip to north Carolina and to Bald Head Island. Roadtrip'd to Vegas with friends. Drinking, almost lapdances, shows, food, swimming, shopping, getting caught in the rain, walking, some more walking, drinking again, partying, Rob Kardashian, dancing, no sleep. 

Its the 7th of July, almost 5 months. almost half way - crazy still to do in random order:
1. Napa Valley
2. Grand Canyon
3. Yosemite
4. LA
5. Roadtrip Californian coastline
6. Santa Cruz
7. Music Festival in San Francisco
8. Roadtrip central states :)

till then, and inbetween, its working long ass days to get paid overtime, studying SA uni work, finding a US course to do. Party nights, tourist days in the City. Baseball, Football, Ice hockey games to see. Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas... then my birthday (already... again?!)
